Case Management

Our case managers have a background in Occupational Therapy or Social Science, however, other relevant degrees are considered when applications are received.

Case managers co-ordinate the individual support networks.

As a TIS case manager you work in a small supportive team. Regular meetings are held between case managers to discuss any issues, share; and draw on the experience of others, as well as provide constant quality service improvement.

You will provide the key to ensuring your clients receive the highest quality service possible.
